It emerged today that Sir Patrick Vallance, who took over as Chief Scientific Adviser to the government following a six-year tenure at the helm of multinational pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), has shares valued at £600 in GSK, who is contracted to the government to develop a Covid vaccine.
