Threats and Suspensions of doctors
This page features attacks by the authorities on individual doctors over their use of early treatment, especially hydroxychloroquine.
It is an ever-expanding list. For collective resistance, see Doctors Resistance groups
Dr Peter McCullough is one of the best known – and best credentialed – critics of the US Covid-19 response, including the refusal to use antivirals like hydroxychloroquine at the early stage of infection, which he aptly terms ‘therapeutic nihilism’. A top cardiologist, he has significantly raised awareness of the risk of myocarditis from the Covid-19 vaccines. He is well-known due to his prolific appearances at the levels of government, public talks, podcasts and social media (when not censored). His talks are characterized by openness, clear explanations across different medical fields and knowledge of recent evidence.
Surprisingly (or not), all of this has brought him more kicks than ha’pence.

Threatened by the American Board of Internal Medicine; warning that he could lose his certification for spreading misinformation
Texas A&M College of Medicine, Texas Christian University and University of North Texas Health Science Center School of Medicine have also cut ties with McCullough for spreading misinformation. https://www.wnd.com/2021/10/4951272/
18/10/21 His paper with Dr Jessica Rose in a lead review journal in cardiology” was abruptly withdrawn.
“More Censorship/Cancel Culture. The authors were not notified of this “Temporary Removal” action. I have never seen anything like this, ever, in my entire scientific career.”

The pursuit of Dr McCullough did not stop there. The Baylor Scott & White group (with which Dr McCullough has a long term relationship, and is also a donor) in July 2021 instigated a lawsuit.

Dr Vladimir Zelenko. One of the most famous and prolific proponents of early treatment and especially hydroxychoroquine, Dr Vladimir Zelenko (who unfortunately died in June 22 following a long battle with cancer) was a New York family physician who successfully treated 7000+ patients, and was instrumental in the promotion of HCQ for early Covid-19 treatment. He was prolific in raising awareness of this issue*, despite having very severe health problems himself. He created the Zelenko protocol for early treatment of Covid-19.
Dr Zelenko indicated that he received daily death threats.
Zelenko will go down as a pivotal figure in Covid-19. Already meeting resistance from the medical/pharmaceutical industry to the very idea that the Sars-Cov2 virus should be treated early, and desperately needing to get the message out, he indirectly contacted Donald Trump in 2020 – the election year – in a move that backfired badly, setting a political football in motion.
In New York HCQ treatment was shut down by an order from Governor Cuomo – and Zelenko thereby sought out quercetin as another zinc <ionophore> with antiviral properties, and which also had research papers in support, and which he eventually succeeded in combining in a single pill (Z-stack), which incorporates quercetin, zinc,, vitamin D and vitamin C.
Dr Zelenko was soon restricted by Google, Twitter and Facebook.

Dr Didier Raoult One of the principal advocates of early treatment of Covid-19 with HCQ, Dr Didier Raoult, is an infectious disease specialist of the highest credentials. In March 2020, when the ‘controversy’ started, he was the most cited expert in his field. (Incidentally, his colleague Dr Philippe Gautret was fifth on this elite list at the time). Now Raoult is perhaps the expert who has been most often personally attacked.
But he has also faced official sanctions, as well as death threats.
<The smearing and sanctioning of Didier Raoult>
Dr Christian Perronne has been a strong advocate of early treatment with hydroxychloroquine (and later ivermection), and has been very critical of its deliberate suppression. He has also drawn the connection with supposedly emergency vaccines, and has been very critical of the vaccines themselves.
Holding several positions at the top of the medical hierarchy, he is very well placed to judge on vaccines; however this has led to loss of positions and legal complaints for expressing his professional opinion.
<Dr Christian Perronne>
Dr Robert Malone is a physician widely credited with inventing the mRNA vaccine; multiply qualified and deeply knowledgeable about vaccines and all matters vaccine including trials, licensing and legal processes and ethics. He consults widely with industry and government bodies; he has been very open with the public.
Though he has freely acknowledged the usefulness of HCQ as an early treatment for Covid-19 (which may not have endeared him to his innumerable contacts in the vaccination field), he has received most opprobrium for promoting ivermectin and for his remarkably clear insights into vaccine processes and risks. He has been unequivocal that the outcome of the risk-benefit calculation is least favourable for young people, and especially children.

Dr Meryl Nass Dr Meryl Nass is another highly accomplished, board-certified doctor of internal medicine who has successfully treated Covid-19 patients early with hydroxychloroquine, as well as with ivermectin, and who has been publicly vocal in criticizing Covid-19 policy.
Retribution has been severe and, it seems, deliberately made public:
<Dr Meryl Nass put in the stocks>
Dr Sam White has been hounded and smeared by professional medical organisations in the UK after he called hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin safe and effective early treatments for Covid-19 and criticized the Covid-19 vaccines.
Despite resigning from the NHS “because of all the lies”, and establishing in court his right to speak out, the medical profession has remained in hot pursuit of him, practically ‘gag in hand’.
On June 25 2021 the GMC suspended him without pay following his advocating early Covid-19 treatment and publicly criticizing Covid-19 policy and the Covid-19 vaccine rollout.
He has articulated clear concerns that vaccines were being given to children, despite the emerging risks – even though their risk of Covid-19 harm is very low.
He also points out that patients are being given Covid-19 vaccines without informed consent, and that many are taking them for non-medical reasons, such as concern and permitting holidays.
A later tribunal of the independent Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS) ruled that there were no grounds for suspending Dr White – but that he must still be gagged.
In more than six months, Dr Sam White has not had a response to his comprehensive criticisms of the GMC – of both its treatment of him and of policy – which were delivered articulately and formally, through a solicitor.
Instead of discussing his concerns the authorities have sought to silence him; even introducing the mental health card. In all of this Dr White has been denied due process <The silencing of Dr Sam>.
Dr. Richard Urso told the ‘Second Opinion Roundtable that he has “…treated more than 1,600 patients for COVID-19”,
Silenced All-Star Doctors Destroy COVID Lies in 5 Hours
In 2020 Dr Urso successfully fended off a complaint of malpractice, that was based on his treating Covid-19 patients with hydroxychloroquine. In a letter to Dr. Richard Urso, the Texas Medical Board stated “the standard of care was met” and that the complaint against him had been dismissed.
Though the letter does not specifically mention hydroxychloroquine, Urso indicated in a town hall forum in August that he had been reported to the TMB for his use of hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID-19.
“Thank you for everyone’s support. Science prevailed over science fiction. Appreciate the TMB decision,” Urso said in a social media post, according to the Texan News.
Dr Kirk Milhoan, a physician who has a practice in Maui, an island in Hawaii, is an advocate of early treatment for Covid-19. Though this doubtless didn’t endear him to the medical establishment, it was more likely the honest concerns he expressed on the vaccine rollout that landed him in hot water.
Dr Milhoan is board certified in pediatric cardiology; as a pro-vaccine pediatrician, he is well placed to assess vaccine and Covid-19 risks in children.
Following an innocuous podcast of a standard medical discussion with Dr Lorrin Pang, the Hawaii Dept of Health District Officer, in the capacity as a private citizen, the state authorities placed his license under review. It so happens that the two doctors had co-founded an organisation for protecting informed consent for vaccination, which is normally a legal requirement of medical treatment.
Both doctors were publicly vilified by high ranking, vaccine-promoting politicians and lawmakers <with seeming conflicts of interest> who called for them to be fired – one of those politicians had been accused, in 2016, of pushing mandatory vaccination bills while concealing massive shares in Blackrock Inc, a major investor in Pfizer. https://judicialcorruptionnews.com/senator-roz-baker/.
This and other such authoritarian actions led to Dr Robert Malone coining the term “Hunting Physicians“, https://staythecourseradio.org/2022/01/02/dr-malone-on-hunting-physicians/, Joe Rogan show.
Dr Milhoan has since warned of medical totalitarianism.
Dr Syed Haider has treated 4000+ acute Covid-19 patients, of which only 5 were hospitalized (by comparison with an estimated 80 or so hospitalizations that would have been expected from this kind of patient group). He states that HCQ clearly works, but his main success stemmed from Ivermectin and Fluvoxamine.
For his contribution towards public safety, he has been subjected to board complaints (which he fended off with legal help) and threats by pharmacies. More from Dr Haider <Dr Syed Haider>.
Dr. Benoit Ochs
“Dr. Benoit Ochs, primary care, Luxemburg, has revealed in an interview that he has treated 800 Covid patients so far. Zero deaths. Multidrug treatment relying on Hydroxychloroquine/Azithromycin/Ivermectin.”
Doctor Ochs had his licence revoked for a year in the lower courts in July last year. “He had treated Covid patients with non-authorised medication, for instance. He appealed the judgement and was thus able to keep practising.” https://today.rtl.lu/dossier/rugby/news/a/1853078.html
“The disciplinary board determined that Ochs committed several ethical violations. The Gonderange physician was accused of treating patients suffering from Covid-19 with unapproved medications, failing to wear a mask and raising doubts about vaccinations and other issues, Bock said.”

Yes, but what were the ethical violations?
Doctor accused of treating patients?
The accusation ‘Treating patients …with unapproved medications’ seems misleading and cynical, as there were NO approved medications for early Covid-19 treatment. ‘Treating patients‘ full stop, was what the charge meant.
None of these ‘violations’ are violations of ethics, or of a doctor’s true duty to patients. Indeed a hundred supporters of Dr Ochs gathered outside the court.
Dr Ochs had stated that he acted in the best interests of his patients; however this does not seem to have been a permitted defence – his appearance only lasted 3 minutes, the court seemingly uninterested in his zero Covid-19 deaths.
It was reported on 22/3/22 that the one-year ban was upheld by an appeal court.
Dr Thomas Binder is a Swiss trained in immunology and virology, a specialist in cardiology and who has 32 years experience in diagnosis and treatment of acute respiratory diseases. He is yet another eminent expert in relevant disciplines, whose public comments were met with severe and bizarre retribution – as he was reportedly stormed by a 60-strong SWAT team with machine guns and arrested in his medical practice; he was ‘examined’ as below, then taken to a psychiatric institution, and held in a padded cell for six days and forced to take an antipsychotic drugs. Just prior to his arrest Dr Binder managed to tweet an SOS call and obtain some help from colleagues, which led to his later release from a hazardous situation.
-What is the date?

-What year is it?
-(Thinks…”This is not an intelligent question”) 1984.
-You have Corona insanity.
Dr Binder has always been critical of many aspects of the pandemic narrative. However the specific trigger for his bizarre arrest is murky, with claims that he had uttered “threats against the authorities” via Twitter, which are now cited as “confusing statements about the coronavirus”. With the Twitter trail now seemingly cold, we can probably accept that the authorities were indeed confused.
Surprisingly, for such a threatening 58-year old person, Dr Binder manages to remain rational and calm when there are independent witnesses present.
Dr Thomas Binder, as apparently perceived by the Swiss medical authorities, due to his Covid-19 views
The Swiss medical authorities seem unable to answer, or engage with, Dr Binder’s criticisms of Covid-19 policy.
More from Dr Binder himself on <Dr Thomas Binder>.
Though he advocates early treatment, his criticisms of the Covid narrative are much more fundamental. Based on the above experience, this is not surprising.
